Have you ever wanted to ask Veterinary Surgeon, John Burns a question about feeding dogs whole grains? Do you have a query for CEO of National Animal Welfare Trust, Clare Williams? Well, now is your chance to ask.
What we feed our pets is just as important as what we feed ourselves, but understanding the nutritional needs of our furry friends isn't always that simple. Discover the biggest problems facing the pet nutrition world today and gain a better understanding of the principles of healthy pet nutrition.
The National Animal Welfare Trust is one of our chosen charities of the year for 2017. One of the UK's top animal welfare charities, NAWT operates 5 rehoming centres across the south of England and we're delighted to be collaborating with them on this educational webinar. Both John and Clare will be sharing their knowledge and insights on Wednesday 5th April from 7-8pm.
John Burns is a veterinary surgeon, qualified acupuncturist and business entrepreneur. John has spent over 20 years developing natural pet food recipes for dogs, cats and rabbits and is the owner and founder of Burns Pet Nutrition. When he’s not running one of the UK’s most successful pet food companies, John enjoys live music and cycling.
Clare Williams is responsible for overseeing all aspects of National Animal Welfare Trust’s rescue and rehoming work including its five rehoming centres in Berkshire, Cornwall, Essex, Hertfordshire and Somerset. In 2015 she was responsible for introducing the UK’s first Open Paw training scheme for dogs designed to improve the welfare of rescue dogs in the kennel environment. A similar scheme for cats started in January 2017.
If you have any questions for John or Clare, please email them to firstname.lastname@example.org ahead of the event.
