Our cats are now onto their second bag of Burns Ocean Fish cat food. One of our cats, Binky is about 9-10 years old. His fur was patchy, matted and full of dandruff. His eyes were always glazed over. He had no sense of balance and was always falling over. He couldn't jump onto the furniture. He was often very agitated, howling hysterically. He was always hungry and he vomited morning, noon and night. The vet couldn't find anything wrong with him.
We now can barely recognise him. He is so alert, he looks years younger. He has a sleek, shiny coat of fur. He eats when he needs to and is satisfied. He now charges around the house, climbing up and over everything and jumping from one place to another. He is contented, happy and best of all - we are no longer continually stepping in piles of cat vomit. For the first time ever, he has learnt how to play! I could go on and on - I just wanted you to know Burns food has worked a miracle on Binky. Until Binky ate Burns food we didn't think he was capable of purring. Now he purrs loudly - with his purr-motor revved up in top gear!
I started feeding your diet to my cats six weeks ago. One of them had been quite ill for some time and my vet could not make a diagnosis, despite numerous tests. Since introducing him to your real food he has been re- born at the age of fourteen! And what’s more he loves it (he has always been a fussy eater but not anymore). I am thrilled with your diet and wish I had discovered you much earlier. I now have all my friends converted and a local pet shop who may be in touch with you to supply them.
I have been feeding my cat Burns for cats for just over a year now. When he came to me as a rescue cat he had been fed another cat food. He was frequently sick, often a few times per day. I spoke to my local pet supplies store - Discount pet supplies in Clarkston, Glasgow, and the owner recommended Burns. He described it is as going from eating junk food to Steak! Since changing food, he is rarely sick and is in great condition. He will not eat wet food, but the vet is happy that as long he has plenty access to water. The only problem I do have, is that I tend to alternate the varieties each time I stock up, but the bag always seems to develop a head sized hole within an hour or so of getting it home! I have attached a picture - he seems to prefer to eat straight from the bag despite there being fresh food in his bowl.
